FAQ

Do I have to travel?

No! The idea is to identify great students at high schools near your home or office and make sure they know about Concordia.

What's the time commitment?

You'll meet with high school guidance counselors to ensure that Concordia College New York is on their radar, and serve as a local contact for interested students. You'll also represent Concordia at any local or regional college fairs, which usually happen in the fall and spring.

Will I have resources?

Yes! Concordia will supply you with our latest print and digital informational pieces to share with guidance counselors. For college fairs, you'll have a table banner, giveaways, and admissions materials with current information.

Why do alumni make great recruiters?

Because YOU know Concordia best, and can give prospective students the kind of insider information that helps them make an informed college choice. In addition, we're excited to give our alumni a way to give back to their alma mater with a formal role that will make an impression on a resume.
