6-17-21 Update

All current Concordia students can access their transcripts through our Banner Self-Service system.

If you are a former student looking to place an order for a transcript, please do so via Parchment.

In the fall 2021, we will let you know when those records will be transferring to Concordia University Texas, and how to access your transcripts through their system.

Submit questions or requests for assistance to registrar@concordia-ny.edu and include your student ID in the email.

5-3-21 Update

Concordia will continue to fulfill academic transcript requests at least through August 31, 2021. Current students can make a transcript request through Banner Self-Service.  Alumni can do so through the link provided  below. This process has not changed and will not change through the summer. All student records will be cared for and accessible after the College closes. More information regarding where students can access their information will be available in the coming weeks and will be posted on our website. We encourage students to wait until their spring term grades have been posted or their degree posted if applicable before making a request to ensure that all information is accurate. In an effort to ease the transition transcripts for students that have applied to Teach-out Programs through Iona and Manhattanville will have their transcripts sent automatically and do not have to make a request.

2-23-21 Update

Concordia College has arranged to reduce the cost of obtaining official transcripts for current and past students. Electronic transcripts ordered through Parchment (see instructions below) will now be $5 per request. Requests that go through Registrar's office (mailing a hard copy; picking up a copy; or legacy requests that Parchment cannot fill) will be $7.50 per request.

2-10-2021 Update for Current Students

Accessing Your Unofficial Transcript

  • Students with or without holds who are applying for transfer to Iona do not need to send Iona an unofficial transcript. Concordia’s Registrar has arranged to share unofficial transcripts directly with Iona.
  • Students without holds who are applying to colleges other than Iona can access their unofficial transcript from Banner and share it with the colleges they are applying to.
  • Students with holds who are applying to colleges other than Iona should contact the Registrar’s Office. The Registrar will send you a PDF of your unofficial transcript so that you can share it with the college you are applying to.

Registering For Classes

It is the responsibility of students to monitor their academic program to ensure that they graduate on schedule. Concordia College offers several resources to help students achieve their goal of graduation.

PROGRAM PLANNING GUIDE

  • The Registrar provides every student with a Program Planning Guide via DegreeWorks. The Guide helps students keep track of the courses necessary to complete an academic program and obtain a degree. Every program has unique requirements, and it is important that students review these requirements on DegreeWorks and in the College Catalog.

ADVISING

  • Every full-time student is assigned an advisor who will assist with program choices and registering for courses.
  • Shortly after making their enrollment deposit, first year students are assigned a first year advisor who specializes in the transition from high school to college. In their second semester, students transition to  a faculty advisor within their program of study. Students should review their degree plan on DegreeWorks prior to meeting with their advisor.
