Doors open for guests at 1:30pm. Tickets are required.
1:30PM | Graduates line up for Commencement in the Tennis Center. Please enter from Rose Avenue. Graduates, please make every effort to be on time; latecomers will not be permitted to participate in the ceremony.
Overflow seating and livestream of Commencement will be in the Sommer Center. Tickets are not required.
FINANCIAL CLEARANCE DEADLINE
Financial clearance for Commencement must be completed with Student Accounts by April 17, 2020.
Letters will be mailed to your home address and you can check and pay your balance through your Banner Self-Service account.
Financial obligations to the college must be met by April 17, 2020. This is a firm deadline; please speak or meet with Denise Hopkins or Rosalin Gutierrez of Student Accounts with questions or to make a payment (914) 337-9300 ext. 2115.

President and Mrs. John Nunes will host a Cap and Gown Pick-up Reception during the Graduation Fair in Schoenfeld Campus Center from 4 - 7pm on Tuesday, May 12.
Snacks and light beverages will be served. Champagne toast will be at 5:30pm. You will receive your cap and gown (yours to keep), plus three Commencement tickets for your guests in the Sommer Center.
We recommend pressing your regalia (gown) for a crisp look on Commencement Day!
If you cannot attend this Fair and Reception, Contact Laura Brezovksy at 914-337-9300 ext. 2128 to make arrangements to pick up these items.
NOTE: Graduates attending off-campus locations who are participating in commencement should work with their program director to receive their cap, gown and tickets.
Each graduating student will receive three (3) tickets for their guests to attend the Commencement ceremony in the Meyer Athletic Center. Tickets must be shown upon entry. Seating in the for the Commencement ceremony will begin at 1:30 pm.
Guests without tickets will be seated in Sommer Center and will watch the Commencement ceremony via livestream.
Each student crossing the stage at Commencement will receive a diploma case. Six to eight weeks after May 31, 2020, each student's diploma will be mailed to the address listed on their graduation application. If you prefer to pick up your diploma instead of having it mailed, please contact the Registrar’s office at registrar@concordia-ny.edu, being sure to include your eight-digit student ID number which begins with C.
Parking is available at Sommer Center, in front of Romoser and Rippe Halls, on Rose Avenue east of White Plains Road/Route 22, and at the Meyer Athletic Center. Handicapped Parking will be available. Please note that if you do not have a handicapped permit, your vehicle will receive a $65 ticket. Please follow the directions of parking attendants on Commencement Day.
